Siós Nature

The Siós Nature is the purest and most authentic interpretation of the Syrah grape in the Costers del Sió estate, located in the DO Costers del Segre. It is an organic and natural wine, made without added sulfites and with a very limited production of only 9,975 bottles, making it a gem for lovers of unique wines.

It comes from the vineyard Hort del Marcial, a small plot of only 2.1 hectares cultivated organically, where Syrah reaches its maximum expression. The harvest is done manually in 15 kg boxes, with a rigorous selection of clusters. Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously in open barrels of French oak, using the technique of manual pigeage for 10 days to gently extract color, aromas, and structure.

Tasting notes

  • Appearance: Clean and bright, with a deep garnet color and violet reflections.

  • Nose: Very expressive and complex. Red and black fruits stand out accompanied by subtle spicy aromas such as anise and clove, with an elegant mineral background and very discreet wood.

  • Palate: Meaty, broad, and elegant. The fruity and spicy profile is balanced with a fresh acidity, resulting in a long, persistent, and harmonious finish.

Pairing

Perfect with cured meats, pâtés, and aged cheeses. Also ideal to accompany grilled white meats or Mediterranean cuisine dishes.
