The Green Dog is a young white wine from the D.O. Rueda, crafted by Ángel Lorenzo Cachazo as part of the acclaimed Uvas Felices project from Vila Viniteca. This wine, made solely from Verdejo grapes, comes from vineyards located between 700 and 800 meters in altitude. This location favors balanced ripening while preserving the freshness and aromatic character of Verdejo. It has a pale straw-yellow color and showcases intense notes of green apple, lemon zest, pineapple, and white flowers. On the palate, it presents a silky texture and good structure, balanced by fresh acidity that adds vibrancy. The slightly bitter finish is characteristic of the variety.
