Tr3smano TM is an exclusive edition red wine from the Tr3smano winery, part of the D.O. Ribera del Duero. It represents the utmost expression of the project and is produced only in exceptional vintages, with a rigorous selection of grapes from very old vineyards. It is made from Tinta del País, the local name for Tempranillo, from vines over 100 years old located in Anguix and La Horra, at about 1,000 meters altitude. The production combines an exhaustive selection of grapes with prolonged aging in special oak barrels. These are selected through periodic tastings to ensure the quality of the final blend. On the nose, it presents ripe black fruit, spices, and toasted wood nuances. On the palate, it is structured, elegant, and persistent, with refined tannins and great potential for evolution. Its limited production makes it an attractive reference for collectors and lovers of great reds from Ribera del Duero. It pairs well with red meats, roast lamb, game dishes, and aged cheeses.
