Viñas del Vero Collection Cabernet Sauvignon is a high-quality red wine belonging to the DOP Somontano. Produced by Viñas del Vero, this wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in selected vineyards at the San Marcos estate. The combination of a continental climate with Mediterranean nuances and the influence of the Pyrenees favors balanced maturation of the grape, resulting in a wine with great aromatic intensity and structure. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe black fruit, currant, plum, and notes of cocoa and spices from its aging. On the palate, it is broad and balanced, with ripe tannins contributing an enjoyable texture. Recommended to accompany red meats, lamb, and aged cheeses.
