Ysios Selección is an exquisite monovarietal red wine made from Tempranillo, crafted from low-yield vineyards in the regions of Laguardia and Elvillar. This wine seeks to capture the essence of its land through its freshness, complexity, and balance. It undergoes 14 months of aging in carefully selected French oak barrels of various sizes and toasts, allowing for perfect harmony between the influence of wood and the wine's fruity character. Its color is a deep, bright ruby red. On the nose, it is expressive and elegant, showcasing predominant notes of forest fruits like blackberries and blueberries, along with subtle floral hints of violet, sweet spices, cocoa, and licorice. On the palate, the wine is silky, fresh, and well-structured, featuring very fine tannins and a long finish that highlights the purity of the dark fruit.
