Valerian (Valeriana offinacinalis) is a plant traditionally used for its relaxing and calming effects. The part used to extract the active compounds, among which the essential oils stand out, is the root. One of the main constituents of this essential oil is valerenic acid, to which an important part of the relaxing effects of valerian are attributed. Valerian is useful to mitigate nervousness, calm anxiety, improve concentration and mood, as well as to reduce stress. It also improves the ability to fall asleep and can help with difficult digestion.

How to use:

Take 1 capsule every 12 hours. In case of difficulty sleeping, take 2 capsules before bedtime.
