It is the Bach Flower for anxiety and fear with a known cause. In other words, you are aware of the origin of that which frightens you or causes anxiety. Mimulus fears are normal, everyday fears, fears of the dark, of public speaking, of exams, of aggressive dogs, or of illness and disease. Phobias, for example to spiders, heights, enclosed or very crowded places are also fears of Mimulus, since the cause of the fear can be named.

How to use:

It is recommended in simple preparation: dilute in a glass of water and drink in sips and intervals; or add 2 drops in a dropper bottle of 30 ml with water and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day. Compound preparation: it is recommended to add in a 30 ml bottle and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
