Indication Contains organic iron (II) from ferrous gluconate which is a particularly absorbable iron salt, plus vitamins B6 and B12 which help reduce tiredness and fatigue and contribute to normal energy metabolism. Iron is a mineral necessary for the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Folic acid contributes to the normal growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy. How to use:

Adults and young people from 12 years of age: take 1 tablet two to three times a day with plenty of liquid half an hour before meals. Children from 4 to 12 years of age: take 1 tablet a day with some liquid half an hour before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
