Lecithin is a complex mixture of phospholipids and triglycerides obtained by washing vegetable oils with water. The most common phospholipids in this mixture are phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine, although inositol, serine, and phosphatidic acid phospholipids are also important. Phospholipids are the basic cellular building block, as cell membranes are composed of them. Lecithin is best known for its ability to form transport lipoproteins, which enables it to reduce cholesterol levels in the blood, protecting the body from atherosclerosis. Due to its choline content, an essential compound for the proper functioning of the nervous system, as it is a precursor of acetylcholine. Choline has also been shown to be an efficient hypotensive.

Directions for use:

It is recommended to take 2-3 capsules two or three times a day with meals.
