The konjac glucomannan supplement, present in our Glucomannan Complex, helps with weight loss when following a low-calorie diet, and also contributes to maintaining normal levels of blood cholesterol. The Glucomannan Complex dietary supplement combines the plant fiber of konjac glucomannan, native to Asia, with choline bitartrate, chromium picolinate, and vitamins B3 and D3.

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g, along with one or two glasses of water, before meals, when following a low-calorie diet.
