What properties does matcha tea have?

Matcha tea is powdered green tea traditionally known for its use in Japanese culture. A tea that, being in powder form, allows us to ingest all of its components.

Its main property is its high antioxidant power, which consequently helps eliminate free radicals. This helps improve the appearance of the skin and nails.

It is also attributed with satiating properties and stimulating the mind, while also helping to calm stress.

Ingredients:

100% matcha green tea

Directions for use:

1. Put a teaspoon or bamboo chashaku (1g) of matcha in a bowl or cup.
2. Add 80ml of water at a temperature between 60 and 75 degrees.
3. Mix with a matcha whisk or a kitchen whisk for 10 to 15 seconds, using a zig-zag motion until a surface foam is created.
