Description:

Real quinoa is a pseudocereal that is mainly cultivated in the Andes mountain range, particularly in Bolivia and Peru. It has a pleasant taste and smooth texture. Easy to cook and versatile in the kitchen. A very nutritious and energizing food. Rich in proteins and minerals such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and calcium; as well as vitamins from the B complex, vitamin C, E, thiamine, and riboflavin.

Instructions:

Clean with cold water. Cook covered and without stirring for 20 minutes over low heat. Use 2 parts water to 1 part quinoa. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
