Coming from the Picual variety, this oil is characterized by its smoothness and balance, with a sweet and fruity almond flavor, accompanied by hints of tomato and kiwi. Ideal for raw consumption and as a dressing for confit or fried dishes.
Érebo represents our end-of-season EVOO, when the fruitiness of the olive becomes more subtle and sweet, in contrast to the intensity of our Alba type. The can packaging protects the oil from light, preserving its quality, and is durable and convenient for long-distance transport.
