Roxmut is a true Asturian cider vermouth, a drink that combines the cider tradition of Asturias with a production process that includes macerated herbs and three months of aging in oak barrels. With a bright amber color, its aroma is fresh and highlights the citrus fragrance of the Asturian apple. On the palate, this drink unfolds a balanced acidity that merges with a sweet touch and the distinctive flavor of herbs, providing a fresh and enveloping taste profile. Its aftertaste is dry and slightly bitter, accentuated by the influence of the wood from aging. Roxmut has gained recognition by being awarded the Best Apple Aperitif at the XXXIX Festival de la Sidra de Nava in 2016. With an alcohol content of 15%, it is recommended to enjoy it with ice and a slice of lemon, although it can also be complemented with an olive. It comes in a one-liter glass bottle, ideal for sharing at a good aperitif.
