Mark: Hola Coffee
Lucero is the neighborhood that saw the opening of Hola Coffee's roastery and the name with which they have baptized their first Blend. It is composed of two coffees of South American origin: a Peruvian from the Andean region of Cajamarca and a Brazilian from Cerrado Mineiro, and after many tests looking for a super sweet flavor profile, they have found a combination with hints of marzipan and chocolate, as well as a soft grapefruit acidity that gives structure and complexity to the coffee. All this makes it ideal to drink with milk, although on its own it is also a perfect coffee to accompany breakfast or to close a good meal .TECHNICAL DETAILS They work with two coffees of different origins, a Brasil finca Santa Tereza from the Cerrado Mineiro region and a Peru from the Cajamarca region.
