Artuke Finca de los Locos 2020. 75 cl. A signature wine created in an inhospitableterroir.
It is a plot wine, a signature wine with very particular characteristics that make it unique and distinguish it from more homogenized wines.this wine is a coupageof Tempranillo (80%) and Graciano (20%) varieties. The grapes used to make this wine come from a plot located on an upper terrace of the Ebro River , at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level, with sandy soil with gravel anda very limy subsoil. It seemed not very viable to grow vines in this area, due to its conditions. For this reason, the planting of the vineyard was considered crazy in 1981. Hence, the name of this great final product was born. For its elaboration, a traditional vinification is carried out, made through an aging of 16 monthsin new French oak barrels.This Artuke is a red wine produced by Bodegas y Viñedos Artuke in the D.O. Ca. La Rioja.
