As de Mirabrás Blanco de Albariza 2020 is one of the standout wines from Bodegas Barbadillo's vineyard recovery project. This white wine is exclusively made from old vine Palomino Fina planted in albariza soils, aiming to showcase the purest expression of the Jerez vineyard before traditional aging under flor. Selected parcels like Miraflores, Añina, Macharnudo, Campix, and Santa Lucía are chosen for the quality of their vines and their ability to express the mineral character of the albariza soil. Vinification is done in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, preserving varietal identity and terroir. On the nose, it offers complex aromas of white flowers, dried herbs, citrus, and saline notes, while on the palate it is fresh, zesty, and structured, with a clear mineral finish. This white wine is gastronomically versatile, perfect for pairing with seafood, fish, rice, vegetables, and aged cheeses, establishing itself as a benchmark among Cadiz whites.
