In the D.O. Valdeorras the climate is already continental, but maintains a very marked Atlantic influence. The temperature difference between the different seasons of the year is greater, the thermometers drop below 0°C in winter and exceed 30°C in summer. The Godello grapes that grow there produce very fine and delicate wines, with floral notes. In the mouth they are characterized by their flavorfulness, excellent acidity and a pleasant glyceric touch.
