The vineyard located in "Finca Los Juncares" is located in one of the best areas of La Mancha at an altitude of 700 meters with very poor, sandy soils, with lots of clay and limestone areas, which favors the cultivation of the vine. Of Burgundian origin, the Chardonnay variety, considered the queen of white varieties, has adapted perfectly to our soil and climate. The airén vineyards come from old vines with very low yields that give us a high quality grape. Continental climate, with high thermal fluctuations between day and night during the grape ripening season.From our point of view the 2018 vintage was excellent, with a generous harvest, somewhat late which favored a slow and full ripening, of these varieties.
