Beluga is one of the most renowned vodkas produced in Russia. It has been produced since 1900 at the Mariinsk distillery in the heart of Siberia, taking advantage of the purity of the water in that region. Pure water is a key ingredient for a high quality vodka, combined with naturally malted wheat alcohol and no chemical additives. After the elaboration process, the spirit is filtered up to five times with quartz sands and birch charcoal impregnated with silver in order to eliminate any possible impurities. Finally, it undergoes a resting period of between 30 and 90 days so that its flavor becomes smoother and more harmonious
