Carlos Sánchez Buradòn Las Plegarias White 2021 is one of the most unique white wines made in Rioja. This wine, produced by Carlos Sánchez Viticultor in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, comes from a small plot of old Viura vines, cultivated in highly mineral white-limestone soils. The winemaking process follows an artisanal and minimal intervention philosophy, allowing for the preservation of the wine's authenticity. After a cold maceration with skins for approximately 24 hours, the wine ferments in French oak barrels, where it ages for 10 months on its fine lees.
