Condado de Haza Crianza 2022 is a red wine from the D.O. Ribera del Duero produced by Bodegas Condado de Haza , owned by the Fernández Rivera family. It is produced exclusively with 100% Tempranillo from own vineyards located at more than 800 meters altitude on the slopes of the Duero River, where the continental climate and sandy loam soils favor a balanced ripening of the grapes.
After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for approximately 12-18 months in American oak barrels , followed by a period of refinement in the bottle to round out its character.
The nose is intense and expressive, with aromas of ripe black and red fruit such as blackberry, plum or cherry , accompanied by notes of licorice, spices and delicate toasted and balsamic nuances from the aging. The palate is balanced and tasty, with soft tannins, good structure and a long finish where the notes of fruit and well-integrated wood reappear.
A classic and very gastronomic Ribera del Duero, ideal to accompany grilled meats, roasts, game dishes or cured cheeses , where its structure and character are fully expressed.
