Dehesa del Carrizal Colección Privada 2021 represents the pinnacle of the vineyard and the dedication of the winery in the Montes de Toledo. Produced only in the highest quality vintages, it brings together meticulously selected barrels to ensure the highest standards. The different varieties are vinified separately to preserve their uniqueness and are then blended for extended aging. This artisanal process provides a balance of intensity, complexity, and elegance.
