Domaine Séguinot-Bordet Petit Chablis 2023 is a white wine from the AOC Petit Chablis (Burgundy, France) made by Domaine Séguinot-Bordet , a historic family winery in Chablis whose origins date back to 1590. It is produced with 100% Chardonnay from vineyards located on the plateaus surrounding the appellation, planted on limestone soils rich in marine fossils , characteristic of the area and responsible for its marked minerality.
Vinification is carried out at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks , in order to preserve the aromatic purity of the variety. Subsequently, the wine remains on its fine lees for several months before bottling, which provides greater texture and complexity while maintaining a fresh and direct profile.
The nose presents aromas of citrus, green apple and white flowers , with a mineral background very characteristic of Chablis wines. The palate is lively, fresh and balanced , with good acidity and a clean finish with saline and mineral notes. An elegant and very versatile white, ideal to accompany seafood, fish, oysters or appetizers.
