Dos Claveles Blanco 2023 is a white wine from D.O.P. Montilla-Moriles produced by Bodegas Toro Albalá from 100% Pedro Ximénez. It is made from early harvest grapes, harvested at the end of July to obtain a fresher wine, with lower sugar concentration and a light and very aromatic profile.
After fermentation, the wine spends about six months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. This is a young white wine designed to highlight the freshness and fruit character of the Pedro Ximénez variety outside its traditional style of fortified wines.
The nose presents aromas of fresh fruit such as apple and floral notes , with a clean and expressive profile. The palate is fresh, balanced and with good acidity , with a light and pleasant finish. An ideal white to accompany fish, seafood, appetizers or light cuisine.
