Garnacha de Arrayán 2016 is a refined interpretation of Garnacha made by Bodegas Arrayán in the Cebreros area, Spain. It comes from old vineyards planted at 980 meters on slate soils, offering freshness and a distinctive mineral expression. The winemaking process respects the character of the vineyard, using spontaneous fermentation with 30% whole clusters and aging for 14 to 16 months in French oak barrels.
