The Godello variety, native to the region of Valdeorras (Orense) is called to be one of the grape varieties with which to produce - probably - one of the best white wines in Spain and beyond. The slate soil of the spectacular valleys of the Rio Sil, the orientation of the old vineyards of the winery and the Atlantic continental microclimate characterize this white wine of great freshness, acidity and certain mineral memories elaborated by Bodegas Godeval in the town of Barco de Valdeorras.
