Hugel Riesling Estate 2020 represents the expression of the genuine terroirs of the renowned Hugel estate in Alsace, founded in 1639 in Riquewihr. This cuvée is made exclusively from selected family plots, combining mineral precision and aging capability. The warm, sunny 2020 vintage has produced concentrated and fresh wines thanks to the natural acidity of Riesling. The result is a dry, elegant, and deep white wine, with a magnificent balance between fruit, tension, and minerality. On the nose, there are aromas of lime, lemon, green apple, and peach, complemented by notes of white flowers and saline minerality. On the palate, it is dry and elegant, with ripe acidity and a long finish full of citrus and mineral character. Perfect for pairing with seafood, oysters, white fish, Asian cuisine, and goat cheese.
