Juvé & Camps Millesime Blanc de Noirs 2022 is one of the most unique sparkling wines from the winery, developed solely from Pinot Noir from the Rieral estate. This wine captures a Mediterranean interpretation of the variety, combining the elegance of the fruit with complexity added by a prolonged aging of 40 months on the lees. The challenging vintage of 2022 was marked by climatic conditions of drought and heat, limiting production but ensuring superior quality. Careful selection of north-facing parcels helped maintain the wine's acidity and freshness. On the nose, it presents a rich scent palette that includes ripe peach, cherries, red fruits, vineyard flowers, aromatic herbs, hints of toasted bread, and honey. On the palate, it is voluminous, fresh, and enveloping, with a creamy texture and fine bubbles. Brioche, red fruit, and citrus notes stand out in the prolonged finish.
