Lagar de Proventus Alvarinho Reserva 2021 is a white wine made by Tr3smano from 100% Alvarinho (Albariño) from a vineyard located on the Alijó plateau, in the Alto Douro region (Portugal) , at an altitude of 600-650 meters above sea level on slate soils.

The grapes are harvested by hand and the must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine remains for about 6 months on its lees , keeping about 80% in stainless steel and 20% in 550-liter French oak barrels , which provides greater complexity and texture without losing varietal freshness.

The nose shows aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and notes of orange blossom , with a mineral background characteristic of the slate soils. The palate is ample, fresh and balanced , with good acidity and a silky texture thanks to the work on lees, ending with a long and elegant finish.

It is a very gastronomic white that goes particularly well with seafood, baked fish, oysters or Atlantic-inspired cuisine.
