Since its origin, this vinegar has progressively acquired darker and darker tones, first amber and, with time, mahogany. On the nose, it has a powerful aroma full of hints of vanilla, dried fruits and wood. The palate is soft, fruity and ample, with an exquisite and penetrating acidic flavor.
Ideal to combine with salad with anchovies, or tuna tartar. Exceptional with all Asian cuisine for its spicy aromatic contribution.
