This land, with an area of 0.51 hectares , was bought by Domaine Louis Latour in 1913 from the widow of Léonce Bocquet, the restorer of Clos Vougeot.This plot is called "Les Demoiselles" in homage to Adèle and Julie, Voillot,daughters of General Beaunois in the early 19th century, owners of the plot, who died unmarried.
