PSI 2023 represents a personal and social approach to viticulture in Ribera del Duero, led by Peter Sisseck. This wine aims to preserve old vines from small growers, capturing the essence of the region with a fresh and accessible style. Fermentation in cement and aging in neutral containers allow the fruit and terroir to shine. The 2023 vintage is characterized by a bright and fruity profile. On the nose, it reveals aromas of raspberry, cherry, plum, violets, herbs, and licorice, enriched by spicy and mineral hints. On the palate, the wine is juicy and fresh, with silky tannins and excellent acidity, finishing with an elegant blend of red fruit and minerality.
