Psi 2023 is the most accessible red wine from Danish genius Peter Sisseck and is one of the safe bets from Ribera del Duero. The result is a fresh wine that also offers an elegant and appealing floral profile on the nose and great drinkability. A real spectacle. It comes from a mosaic of scattered micro-parcels spread across large areas of Ribera del Duero, cultivated by vintners associated with the project. The altitude of the vineyards ranges between 800 and 900 meters. In addition to the mentioned cement tanks, part of Psi was aged for 18 months in a blend of used French barrels where two other wines from the winery, Pingus and Flor de Pingus, had previously matured. These months of aging allowed it to refine the maturity of its tannins, concentrate its fruity power, and define its noble personality.
