Champagne Louis Roederer Cristal, a mythical sparkling wine made from 45 plots of the Cristal Estate, in the area of the Montagne de Reims, the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs, the most prestigious regions within the AOC Champagne. This champagne from Louis Roederer is an object of desire all over the world.
It is a blend based on Pinot Noir, mainly, and Chardonnay. A third of the wines were vinified in wooden barrels with weekly punch-downs and the rest in stainless steel tanks.
Once bottled, the wine underwent a second fermentation and a second fermentation and a period of 8 years in rhyme. After disgorgement in July 2024, the 2016 Louis Roederer Cristal champagne remained in bottle for a minimum of 8 more months before release.
