This wine is made exclusively from Malbec grapes from a vineyard in Gualtallary Alto, Mendoza, a region famous for its altitude and exceptional quality. The grapes come from the historic Rosas vineyard, well-known in Mendoza, and after a manual harvest, the wine is aged for 24 months in 500-liter French barrels. This meticulous production aims to integrate the wine's structure and complexity, highlighting the mineral profile of the terroir. Its aromas are intense, with notes of blackberries, black currants, and hints of violets and ripe plums, among others. On the palate, it is concentrated, with fine tannins and vibrant acidity, providing perfect balance. Its finish is long and precise, reflecting its ability to age well. It is recommended to serve at 16-18 ºC and pairs excellently with red meats, lamb, game, and aged cheeses.
