Alba Negra Monastrell is a red wine with Protected Geographical Indication (I.G.P.) Menorca, produced by Bodega Torralba, located in the heart of this Balearic island. It is a unique blend made from Monastrell, a native Mediterranean grape known for its robust and fruity character, and Cabernet Sauvignon, which gives structure and longevity to the wine.

The grapes are harvested by hand at their optimum point of ripeness, allowing for a careful selection. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by partial aging in French oak barrels for a few months, which adds complexity without hiding the varietal character.
