Made primarily from Rabigato, joined to a lesser extent by Códega de Larinho, Gouveio and Viosinho, the fruit comes from mica schist soils, planted more than thirty years ago in goblet. At a good altitude, above 500 meters, the wine ferments in used barrels of different sizes with a small percentage in tank. Aged for 12 months in used barrels.
