Lustau Fino Jarana N.V. is a fortified wine from D.O. Jerez-Xérès-Sherry made by Bodegas Lustau from 100% Palomino Fino from vineyards located in the Marco de Jerez. After fermentation, the wine is fortified and aged by biological aging under flor veil in the traditional system of criaderas and soleras in the cellars of El Puerto de Santa Maria.
In the glass it has a pale, bright straw yellow color. The nose is intense and delicate, with characteristic aromas of almonds, fresh yeast, bread dough and light saline nuances , typical of aging under flor.
The palate is dry, light and very fresh, with a fine texture and a long, elegant finish with a subtle bitter touch. A very versatile and gastronomic fino, ideal to enjoy chilled as an aperitif or with seafood, fish, Iberian ham, olives or tapas.
