This Don PX 1943 is a wine of great persistence and complexity, made from the sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes to obtain its great richness in sugars. After pressing, it was left to settle for twelve months in stainless steel tanks and, after that time, it was aged in American oak barrels for almost 80 years in static conditions. A very exclusive and select wine, perfect to enjoy without haste. A good accompaniment to chocolate desserts, nuts, caramel, dried fruits and blue cheeses.
