Pazo de Seoane 2023 is a white wine from the D.O. Rías Baixas , produced by Lagar de Fornelos (La Rioja Alta group) in the subzone of O Rosal (Pontevedra). It is produced from a blend of majority Albariño complemented with native varieties such as Loureiro, Caiño Blanco and Treixadura , a traditional combination of the area that provides aromatic complexity and a fresh and elegant profile.
After fermentation, the wine remains for some time on its fine lees in tanks , which gives it greater volume and complexity without resorting to the use of wood. This process preserves the natural freshness of the grape varieties and highlights the typical Atlantic character of O Rosal wines.
The nose is very expressive, with aromas of white and stone fruit such as apple or apricot, floral notes and citrus nuances. The palate is fresh and balanced, with good acidity, pleasant texture and a long, elegant finish. A very gastronomic white, ideal to accompany appetizers, seafood, fish, rice or soft cheeses.
