Paco & Lola Nº12 2024 is the latest vintage of a single varietal that owes its name to the number of days (12) that the must flower fermented, curiously, in tank number 12 that the company owns in its facilities in the municipality of Meaño, Pontevedra. The peculiarity in its elaboration came from the hand of the cold stoppage of the fermentation process, a circumstance that gave the wine a high aromatic intensity and a fresh and sweet taste, coated with a fine natural carbonic.

The striking polka dots on their labels make Adega e Viñedos Paco & Lola wines unmistakable. This fun, fresh and risky image corresponds to the philosophy that guides the firm. Created in 2005, the result of the initiative of a group of winemakers from the region of O Salnés, the winery owns 220 hectares of vineyards in the best production area of Galician Albariño.
