This elegant white wine from Italy is made from Malvasia Bianca, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Riesling and Trebbiano grape varieties. The grapes for Villa Antinori Bianco Toscana are harvested exclusively by hand at the optimal moment of ripeness, without the aid of crude and less selective machines. After the manual harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. There they are carefully sorted and crushed. They are then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
