It is a noble calvados, worthy of being drunk on its own. A calvados softened by time, the eau-de-vie has lost its aggressiveness while retaining its strength, the aromas are more complex but still retain their specificity.its good aromatic persistence makes it advisable to drink as is done to the Normande, at room temperature, and to accompany the cheeses of the area.
