Fratelli Sicilia mandarin cream spread is made from the juice extract of selected Sicilian mandarins, including the squeezing of the peel to obtain the essential oils, and without the use of artificial flavorings or colorings. Unlike a traditional marmalade, this mandarin cream is cooked at low temperature, without exceeding 100 °C, so as not to alter its organoleptic properties and to keep its citrus flavor intact.
