La Viña de Ayer Albillo Real 2025 by Soto y Manrique is a white wine made from 100% Albillo Real grapes. They come from old vineyards in the Sierra de Gredos, under the D.O.P. Cebreros. It is a wine that reflects the character of this traditional variety and links its identity to the area where its grapes come from. Visually, it shows a bright yellow color. On the nose, it offers aromas of white flowers and stone fruit. On the palate it is savory, with volume and an unctuous texture, and finishes with a persistent finish. Its description therefore combines floral and fruity notes with a marked presence on the palate through volume and texture. Its gastronomic profile makes it a good match for cheeses, fish, rice dishes and legumes. These pairing suggestions allow it to sit alongside different dishes, while keeping its savory character and persistent finish as a reference. It is presented in a 75 cl bottle, corresponding to the 2025 vintage.
