Tarima Hill is a unique wine produced by Bodegas Volver, made exclusively from Monastrell grapes. This variety is indigenous to the region and is characterized by its ability to withstand and adapt to extreme climatic conditions, including a notable lack of rainfall, common in Alicante. The vineyards where these grapes come from are aged between 40 and 75 years and are planted in vaso on calcareous soils, contributing to very low but high-quality yields. The result is a fresh and perfectly balanced wine, presented in the glass with an attractive cherry color and a medium-high body. Additionally, its liveliness manifests with a slowly descending tear, suggesting richness in flavor and body.
