Tresmano Tinto 2021 is a premium wine made with 100% Tinta del País, sourced from vineyards in Olmedillo, Roa, La Horra, Moradillo, Pesquera, and Peñafiel. These vineyards, aged between 40 and 80 years, are characterized by their diverse soils, enriching the aromatic profile. The maturation in Bordeaux barrels for about 12 months in new French oak barrels imparts a unique complexity and elegant texture. This wine shows an appealing intense cherry red color, while on the nose it reveals a range of aromas, including fresh notes of blue flowers, ripe red fruit, along with subtle toasted, smoky, tea, coffee, and spice nuances. On the palate, Tresmano Tinto is meaty and fresh, with balanced strength and silky tannins, achieving a long persistence that makes it perfect for pairing with rich and varied meals.
