Tresmano Tinto 2021 is the result of an ambitious project from Ribera del Duero, created by Fernando Remírez de Ganuza, Pedro Aibar, and José Ramón Ruiz-Gómez. This wine is produced exclusively from Tempranillo grapes from old vineyards in areas like Olmedillo and Peñafiel. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected before undergoing cold maceration and fermentation in cone-shaped tanks. The aging lasts between 16 and 18 months in French and American oak barrels, achieving perfect integration of fruit and wood. On the nose, the wine offers aromatic complexity with notes of ripe black fruit, cocoa, and spices. On the palate, it is broad and elegant, with silky tannins and a long, persistent finish, characterized by balance and depth. Tresmano 2021 is a modern and sophisticated wine, ideal for enjoying now or cellaring long-term.
