Hipperia 2022 is the most emblematic red wine of Pago de Vallegarcía, located in the Montes de Toledo. This wine is made from a blend of Bordeaux varieties, mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The vineyards at 850 meters altitude provide mineral character and exceptional freshness. The harvest is done manually, selecting the grapes. After fermentation, they are assembled and placed in new French oak barrels for about 18 months. In nose, it presents intense aromatic notes of ripe black fruit and herbs. On the palate, it is powerful and structured, with fine tannins and a long aftertaste. Ideal to accompany roasts and aged cheeses.
