Ingredients

We use the best quality ingredients, the same ones you would use at home to make your own paella. The raw material is fundamental to guarantee maximum flavour when the product reaches your palate.

Cooked

We cook all our ingredients one by one, in virgin olive oil, thus ensuring that each one receives the right and necessary cooking, an essential factor for the texture of the products to be optimal at the time of tasting

Packaging

Once all the ingredients have been cooked, without adding any additives, we vacuum pack them, separating the rice, together with the meat or fish, from the broth, to ensure their perfect preservation during the 29 days of shelf life
