Made with top-notch durum wheat semolina and thermal water, these noodles feature dehydrated vegetables like spinach, tomato, parsley, and paprika. Their production process employs traditional methods, including drying in wooden cabinets for 48 hours, ensuring an authentic taste and excellent quality. These noodles are perfect for preparation with tomato sauces, extra virgin olive oil, or butter. Pastes Sanmartí recommends storing in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 14ºC. While they do not contain GMO ingredients, they may have traces of eggs and soy.
